About the Jim Cramer Stock Project

"Ever since I started in this business, I have cared passionately about my record. I prided myself on making sure that people knew how I was doing at all times. I also insisted that my record be audited by others, outside my control."
- Jim Cramer

Who is Cramer?

The Cramer in CramerProject refers to none other than Jim Cramer. The Jim Cramer you might have seen on CNBC hosting a show entitled "Mad Money". Half man, half nut, and all stock picking demigod, he has the many years experience as a hedge fund manager coupled with the behavior of a schizophrenic.

Who's behind CramerProject?

Let us start off by saying Jim Cramer is definitely NOT behind CramerProject, neither is CNBC or anyone at CNBC or anyone related to Mad Money or anyone in Jim Cramer’s family, or even Jim Cramer’s dog groomer’s cousin’s sister’s violin teacher; in fact we can probably without a doubt say we’re at the very end of the six degrees.

As for who we are, we are basically a couple of recent college graduate nobodies who are grinding away at our entry level jobs and looking for that circa late 90’s stock boom to make us millionaires. We like long walks on the beach and bull markets, our turnoffs are inflation and uncapped toothpaste tubes.

Why did we create CramerProject?

We created CramerProject to answer our own curiosity and hopefully yours, and besides the man himself asks for it. Maybe we’re just skeptical but who wouldn’t be of a man who throws rubber toys at a camera while screaming “Booyah”. But then again eccentricity is often a sign of genius. Which brings us back to why we created CramerProject, in short to answer the question: Is Cramer a Genius? Or a Raving Lunatic?
